Join us for an evening with the Pablo Aragona Quintet, led by drummer and multi-instrumentalist Pablo Aragona. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Pablo has been touring and recording internationally since 2008, crafting a sound that blends Latin American music, tango, jazz, funk, soul, and classical influences.

After forming the quintet in 2016, Pablo released the EP Baco, showcasing original compositions inspired by his roots and passion for improvisation. Following his move to Orlando, Florida, in 2020, Pablo reunited the quintet with some of the finest musicians in the local scene, producing the acclaimed EP Yikes in 2022 and a live album recorded at the Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts in 2023.

Known for their adventurous spirit and eclectic style, the quintet’s performances feature original electric jazz compositions alongside innovative arrangements of iconic Tango pieces like Astor Piazzolla’s “Libertango” and “Adiós Nonino.” This year marks an exciting milestone for the group, with two new singles already released and more to come, as they continue gaining recognition in Florida’s vibrant music scene.

Fresh off their performance at the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, where they shared the stage with legends like Stanley Clarke, Chucho Valdés, and Joss Stone, the Pablo Aragona Quintet is set to bring their dynamic energy and musical mastery to the stage. Don’t miss this captivating performance!
